Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Boy cum Cleaner to join our team. The role involves serving refreshments maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and office areas assisting with document transmission and supporting administrative tasks such as creating signage and preparing training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Serve coffee to EMS staff and guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment
- Assist the admin department in transmitting documents between departments
- Clean the office premises
- Create signboards stickers and laminate documents as needed
- Prepare training manuals and other required submittals
- Provide general assistance to staff when needed
- Maintain records and stock of pantry items
Requirements
- Completion of higher school studies
- 1 2 years of relevant work experience
- Good time management skills
- Effective communication skills
