Business Development Manager – Solar Distribution (MEA Region)
Job Summary
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in driving both upstream supplier acquisition and downstream sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding global manufacturers and suppliers growing the distribution network maximizing warehouse utilization and ensuring continuous product flow within our DaaS model. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong market understanding relationship-building skills and proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 47 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Distribution within the solar renewable energy or electrical equipment industry.
Proven track record of supplier onboarding and sales management across regional markets (MEA preferred).
Strong understanding of solar supply chain distribution models and warehouse operations.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
