Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Arabic-speaking volunteer ushers to support our upcoming event from 13th - 18th July 2025 . As an usher you will be the face of the event welcoming guests assisting with directions ensuring smooth seating arrangements and providing general support all while ensuring Arabic-speaking attendees feel comfortable and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide guests upon arrival.
- Assist with checking tickets and directing attendees to appropriate seating.
- Provide information and respond to guest inquiries in Arabic and English.
- Support crowd control and flow within the event space.
- Help ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with any special needs or requests from guests.
- Coordinate with the event team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken).
- Friendly approachable and confident in engaging with diverse guests.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Previous ushering or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
