Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations issues and guide line managers
Handle grievances disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to improve retention
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
Provide advice on performance management processes
Support organisational change initiatives
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a consistent employee experience
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace relations
Qualifications & Requirements
UAE National
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in employee relations
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
Experience in handling complex employee relations cases
Proven track record in developing employee engagement strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Emotional intelligence and empathy
Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
