Responsibilities:
Source screen and recruit candidates for white-collar and blue-collar roles in Engineering Oil & Gas Construction Renewable Energy and IT sectors.
Conduct interviews assess qualifications and match candidates to client requirements.
Post job ads manage candidate pipelines and engage both active and passive candidates.
Handle overseas recruitment including visa processing document verification and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Ensure all hiring practices align with MOHRE regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with teams to build strong candidate pools and improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in HR Business Administration IT or related field.
3-4 years of recruitment experience preferably in Oil & Gas Construction Renewable Energy or IT.
Previous experience with a manpower supply company will be given preference.
Proven experience in white-collar and blue-collar manpower recruitment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws visa procedures and overseas hiring.
Excellent English communication; Hindi is a plus.
Proficient in ATS Tools MS Office Tools Job portals etc.
