Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate buses shuttles or company vehicles for transporting construction staff
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bus interior and exterior
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors or fleet management
- Ensure all passengers follow safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage mileage and incidents
- Comply with UAE traffic laws and company transportation policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid UAE heavy vehicle or bus driving license
- Proven experience as a Bus Driver Shuttle Driver or Construction Vehicle Driver
- Knowledge of traffic rules road safety and defensive driving
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude with passengers
- Familiarity with construction site locations in Dubai is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving buses or vans for construction companies or staff transportation
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
