Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all finishing carpentry joinery and furniture installation works on site
Ensure execution meets high-end luxury standards drawings mock-ups and approved samples
Plan coordinate and monitor daily site activities manpower and work sequencing
Coordinate closely with project managers consultants QA/QC teams and subcontractors
Conduct inspections to ensure snag-free delivery and timely handover
Interpret shop drawings BOQs and specifications accurately
Enforce quality safety and site discipline standards at all times
Resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays and rework
Requirements
Minimum 812 years of UAE experience in finishing carpentry and furniture works
Strong background in luxury villas high-end residential towers hotels or premium commercial projects
Expertise in custom joinery wardrobes kitchens wall paneling doors and furniture installation
Proven leadership experience as Works In-Charge / Supervisor
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and deliver under tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices materials and quality benchmarks
Excellent coordination and communication skills
