Digital Growth Strategist

A leading organization in the forex and financial services industry is seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven Digital Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end digital growth initiatives. This role goes beyond execution — we are looking for someone who can design implement and scale growth strategies combining deep expertise in performance marketing with a strong understanding of customer behavior in the forex/remittance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies aligned with business goals focusing on customer acquisition retention and revenue growth.

Identify new growth opportunities across forex remittance and financial services segments.

Build and optimize customer funnels from awareness to conversion and retention.

Performance Marketing

Lead and manage performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads YouTube and programmatic channels.

Optimize campaigns for CPA ROAS and LTV ensuring maximum ROI.

Continuously test and scale campaigns using A/B testing audience segmentation and creative optimization.

Forex Market Understanding

Apply knowledge of forex trends currency movements and customer behavior to craft targeted campaigns.

Align marketing strategies with forex products exchange rate trends and seasonal demand patterns.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze campaign and user data using tools like Google Analytics CRM systems and BI tools.

Track and report on key KPIs such as CAC conversion rates retention rates and revenue contribution.

Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

Develop innovative strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition in competitive forex markets.

Design and implement retention loyalty and referral programs.

Improve user journey and experience across digital platforms.

Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with sales product and operations teams to align growth initiatives.

Work with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.

Stay updated with industry trends competitor strategies and regulatory changes in the forex domain.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Finance or related field (MBA preferred).

5 years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy preferably in forex fintech or financial services.

Strong expertise in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads Meta etc.).

Proven ability to build and scale growth strategies not just execute campaigns.

Solid understanding of forex/remittance business models and customer segments.

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics Data Studio CRM platforms).

Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in UAE/GCC forex market or international remittance services.

Knowledge of SEO ASO and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with compliance and regulations in financial services marketing.
