Malaak is a leading homecare provider delivering high-quality care services in patients homes. We are seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our team across healthcare operations admin and support roles while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks.
What Youll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses caregivers admin staff operations staff etc.).
Source screen and interview candidates ensuring a great candidate experience.
Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets.
Assist with onboarding HR documentation and employee records management.
Support general HR tasks
Maintain recruitment and HR records reports and dashboards.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
What Were Looking For:
Proven recruitment experience preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing (DHA MOH HAAD) is a plus.
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
