Specialist Total Rewards

The Total Rewards Specialist based in Dubai will support the delivery of total rewards programs with a strong focus on data consolidation validation and quality assurance across the markets we operate in. 

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity consistency and accuracy of Total Rewards data enabling reliable reporting analytics and decision-making across compensation and benefits. 

Whats On Your Plate

 Consolidate and maintain Total Rewards data from multiple sources (HR systems payroll market  data) ensuring consistency and accuracy across datasets. 

Perform data validation cleansing and quality checks to ensure high data integrity for all  compensation and benefits reporting. 

Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards ensuring reliable and consistent data  outputs. 

Monitor and report on data quality metrics identifying discrepancies and partnering with stakeholders  to resolve issues. 

Ensure strict adherence to data governance confidentiality and data handling standards within  People & Culture 

Support analysis related to pay equity and minimum wage by ensuring clean structured and reliable  datasets. 

Collaborate with Finance People & Culture and Communications teams to improve data processes  automation and reporting efficiency. Your Plate 

Assist in the implementation and optimization of Total Rewards systems and tools with a focus on  data structure and integrity.

Qualifications :

What did we order

3-5 years working experience in Data Analytics Tech Finance or HR 

Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Excel Google sheets Tableau Power BI etc

Independent data driven self-starter and natural ability to collaborate with project team

Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment 

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines 

Strong attention to detail and must be able to collect and work with various data sources for Rewards related projects. 

Experience with Workday is a plus
