Job Summary
- Compilation and preparation of monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements client invoice preparation
- Prepare review reconcile and issue bills invoices and account statements for clients according to company procedures.
- Coordinate the handling of freight logistics and the movement of robots along with necessary minor repairs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Monitor and take inventory on periodic basis to compile orders based on requirements
- Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems (scanning and uploading the documents to Zoho)
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to concerned internal staff and record keeping
Requirements
- Should have experience in warehouse inventory and logistics
- Preferable to have UAE Driving License
- Should be hard working and committed
