Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations Restaurant Division to oversee end-to-end operations across all restaurant outlets. This role is accountable for P&L management service excellence manpower planning SOP implementation and overall business performance. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency brand consistency and exceptional customer experience.

Key Focus Areas

Oversee outlet performance profitability and operational efficiency
Implement and monitor SOPs and brand standards across all locations
Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization in coordination with HR
Collaborate closely with Purchase F&B Control and Finance teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with audits and quality standards

Salary Package:

Full package AED 25000 - 30000
