Graduate Visualization Specialist
Job Summary
Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.
Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.
The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months but the successful completion of the program is only to be used as an indicator for strong performance in line with other indicators (strong or above performance rating etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Familiar with a broad mix of design software and technology to create online and offline designs including: digital layouts web graphics video UX 3D proposals and other collateral.
- Builds creative and design skills across a range of media.
- Supports team members with the creation or templated production of visual products.
- Coordinates necessary graphics materials.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Visual Communication Design Graphic Design Multimedia Design Digital Media Fine Arts Architecture Interior Design Film & Media Production or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects)
- Basic familiarity with UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Exposure to 3D software such as SketchUp Lumion or Blender is an advantage
- Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for presentation and proposal production
- Understanding of core design principles including layout typography and color theory
- Eagerness to learn and build skills across a broad range of media and design formats
- Ability to support team members and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment
- A portfolio showcasing design work across any medium is required
