Requirement:
- Medical degree and valid license to practice Emergency Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Proven experience working in a high-volume emergency department or leading healthcare institution
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures acute care management and trauma response
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills under pressure
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to patient safety quality improvement and evidence-based practice
- Ongoing participation in professional development and medical education
