About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager Construction to lead the planning execution and delivery of construction projects within a dynamic real estate development environment. The role involves managing project timelines budgets and quality standards while ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage project plans schedules and end-to-end construction activities from initiation to projects are delivered on time within scope and within project progress and implement corrective actions when Management & SupervisionOversee site operations and ensure compliance with design with contractors consultants and site site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety on-site issues and manage project risks & Vendor ManagementManage contracts subcontractors and vendor and approve project-related documents variations and terms and ensure alignment with project contractor performance and ensure timely & ComplianceEnsure all construction activities comply with local regulations and and monitor quality assurance and quality control health safety and environmental compliance on non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are & Cost ManagementMonitor project budgets and control costs expenses variations and financial financial reports and optimal resource allocation and cost CoordinationLiaise with clients consultants contractors and government project meetings and provide regular updates to clear communication and alignment across all client expectations and ensure & DocumentationPrepare progress reports project updates and performance accurate project documentation and milestones risks and proper documentation for audits and project handover.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.812 years of experience in construction project experience managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure project experience is highly preferred.
