DOH Registered Nurse

A Home Care Nurse plays a vital role in delivering medical and personal care to patients in their homes, focusing on health monitoring, medication administration, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide personal care like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

- Health Monitoring: Regularly assess and document patients' health conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and manage individualized care plans.

- Patient Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

- Emotional Support: Provide emotional and psychological support to help patients and families cope with illness and recovery challenges.

- Medical Procedures: Perform various medical tasks such as wound care, intravenous therapy, and administering injections as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in nursing.

- DOH Registered Nurse license.

- Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of medical procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

- Proficient in English.
