Graduate Quantity Surveyor UAE National

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. • Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BoQ) for construction projects
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for project phases and deliverables
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction lifecycle
• Prepare tender documents and cost analysis reports for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and cost optimization
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to gather project information
• Utilize quantity surveying software and tools to support cost analysis and reporting
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and assess project progress
• Support the preparation of variation orders and change management documentation
• Assist in financial forecasting and budget reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications :

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with foundational knowledge of quantity surveying principles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as Bluebeam Revit or AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of construction processes materials and methodologies
• Knowledge of UAE building codes regulations and construction standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in cost estimation budgeting and financial analysis
• Familiarity with contract administration and procurement processes
• UAE National status (as per job requirement)
• Preferred: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Preferred: Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
• Preferred: Exposure to project management methodologies
• Preferred: Experience in tender preparation and bid analysis
• UAE National with Family book is required
