Job Summary
We are currently looking for Onboarding & Support Analyst (Junior Level) for our UAE operations.
Preferred Background
- 13 years of experience (or internship) in KYC CDD AML onboarding or compliance support.
- Familiarity with UBO identification PEP/sanctions screening adverse media checks and duediligence documentation.
- Strong organisational skills accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured environment with clear processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding managers with documentation collection completeness checks and followups.
- Maintain onboarding trackers logs and status reports with high accuracy.
- Provide firstline responses to common onboarding and KYCrelated questions using established guidance.
- Review documentation for completeness including UBO declarations corporate documents and screening outputs (PEP sanctions adverse media).
- Log and triage queries or issues escalating complex compliance or technical matters as needed.
- Assist with meeting coordination minutes and communication summaries.
- Contribute to maintaining SOPs FAQs onboarding templates and knowledgebase materials.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
