MEP Procurement Specialist

DRC International Electromechanical LLC, a leading player in the Construction industry based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an MEP Procurement Specialist to contribute to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of MEP procurement experience in the UAE, specifically within an MEP contracting company, with in-depth knowledge of MEP materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure MEP materials and equipment efficiently.

• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate with project teams to fulfill material requirements as per project timelines.

• Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries to prevent delays.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements & Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in MEP procurement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Strong understanding of MEP materials and equipment.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement software.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
