About the company

Remote World is partnering with a US-based e-commerce company to hire for this role. They serve a global customer base and need a customer service agent who can deliver fast friendly and professional support.

The role

Youll handle inbound customer queries across email and live chat resolving account issues processing requests and making sure every customer interaction reflects the brand well. Youll own your queue and work to clear SLA targets.

What youll do

• Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email within SLA
• Resolve order billing and account issues or escalate clearly
• Log all interactions in the CRM and keep records accurate
• Identify recurring issues and flag them to the operations team
• Maintain high CSAT and first-contact resolution scores

What youll need

• Strong written English clear warm and professional
• Patient and solution-focused under pressure
• Comfortable picking up new software and processes quickly
• Reliable internet and a quiet working environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk Intercom or similar support platforms
• Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service experience in retail or e-commerce
