Micah Solutions is proud to represent a leading pediatric center in Abu Dhabi in their search for a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join their team of experts transforming childrens lives through therapeutic excellence.
About the Role This is more than a job its a mission to empower young voices and support developmental milestones. As a Speech Therapist youll work closely with pediatric patients and families to assess diagnose and treat speech language and communication disorders in a warm family-centered environment.
What Youll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs needs
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and track measurable progress
- Educate families and caregivers for at-home support strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric teams for holistic care
Who You Are
- Licensed Speech Therapist (DOH license or eligibility required)
- Bachelors or Masters in Speech and Language Pathology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Passionate about child development and committed to excellence in care
