Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Specialist – Dubai | Tax-Free Rehabilitation Leadership Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading JCI-accredited multispecialty healthcare group in Dubai seeking a highly skilled Consultant / Specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join their expanding rehabilitation and pain management division. This role offers a career-defining opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art facility delivering advanced rehabilitation care to a diverse international patient population while contributing to integrated multidisciplinary treatment pathways.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assess diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal neurological and functional impairments
  

• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for conditions such as stroke spinal cord injuries traumatic brain injuries chronic pain and sports injuries
  

• Perform interventional procedures including joint injections nerve blocks and ultrasound-guided treatments
  

• Collaborate closely with physiotherapists occupational therapists speech therapists and pain specialists for multidisciplinary care
  

• Monitor patient progress functional outcomes and adjust rehabilitation plans accordingly
  

• Provide post-operative rehabilitation guidance in coordination with orthopedic and neurosurgical teams
  

• Lead pain management strategies including non-surgical and minimally invasive approaches
  

• Educate patients and families on recovery pathways lifestyle modifications and preventive care
  

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DHA and international healthcare standards
  

• Participate in clinical audits quality improvement initiatives and continuous medical education
  

Eligibility & Board Recognition

We are seeking Board Certified PM&R Specialists / Consultants from globally recognised systems:

• American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
  

• UK CCT / GMC Specialist Register
  

• European Board Certification
  

• Canadian / Australian Fellowship
  

• Arab Board / FCPS / MD PM&R
  

• Minimum 35 years post-board experience preferred
  

• DHA License eligibility or active license is an advantage
