Job Summary

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks
Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create integrated building system models
Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts between structural architectural and MEP components
Collaborate with architects engineers and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and feasibility
Generate construction documents material takeoffs and fabrication drawings based on BIM data
Maintain consistent documentation version control and file organization standards
Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and company-wide modeling protocols
Update models based on project changes field data or redline markups
Support quality control efforts and participate in design coordination meetings
