About the Role We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Property Consultant Cum Team Leaderwith a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets managing large property portfolios and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE real estate market particularly in theoff-plan sales sector and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a high-valuesales portfolio of AED 4M.
Lead mentor and motivate a team of20 property consultants ensuring the achievement of combined sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
Provide market insights and guidance onoff-plan property investmentsto clients and team members.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers investors and key stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Stay updated with market trends competitor offerings and new project launches.
Requirements
Minimum3-4 yearsof experience in the UAE real estate market with a strong focus on off-plan sales.
Proven history ofachieving multi-million AED sales targets.
Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubais property laws RERA guidelines and market dynamics.
RERA certification (is plus but not mandatory).
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
