Job Summary
This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial performance support strategic initiatives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute financial plans and forecasts
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and business modeling to support strategic initiatives
- Interpret complex financial data and translate findings into clear actionable recommendations
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and ERP systems (including Oracle) to manage financial data and reporting
- Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
Requirements
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in business planning financial analysis and business modelling
* High analytical ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights
* Expert-level proficiency in Excel
* Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
* Qualified CA and/or MBA in Finance
* 5 years of experience in finance roles within the Healthcare industry (Financial Analyst Accountant etc.)
