Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger accounts payable/receivable payroll and accounts reporting.
Lead minor and manage a hybrid accounting team fostering collaboration across in-office and remote staff.
Prepare and present accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements to Management & nit Heads.
Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal audit requirements
Develop and maintain internal controls policies and procedures to safeguard company assets
Partner with CFO and department heads on budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning
Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to streamline accounting workflows and reporting efficiency
Requirements
* 7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership
* Proven track record managing hybrid or distributed teams with a focus on engagement and performance
* CPA ACCA CMA or equivalent professional certification required
* Strong command of FRS standards financial controls and regulatory compliance frameworks
* Proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite Zoho Dynamics or similar and advanced MS Excel skills
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
