Job Summary
Handle financial operations with a strong background in contracting companies.
- Manage end-to-end financial operations for contracting projects including invoicing billing and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with contract terms payment schedules and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support project performance and budget tracking
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to forecast financial needs and monitor expenditures
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support internal and external audits
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly and effectively
Requirements
Contracting Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations within contracting or construction industries
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of contract terms payment milestones and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
