Job Summary
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure project execution aligns with plans.
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress against project timelines and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and project managers to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and environmental requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation of work progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site supervision or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid safety certification (e.g. OSHA or equivalent) required
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
Required Skills:
Engineer Certified Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems in a construction or project management environment Strong organizational and documentation management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven setting Proficiency in project lifecycle administration and process optimization
