Job Summary

The Office Boy/Girl is responsible for supporting the administrative team by performing various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves handling routine office tasks maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the office premises clean and tidy including sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming.

Ensure all common areas such as the kitchen and conference rooms are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.

Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors.

Assist with organizing and tidying up after meetings and events.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Office environment with a standard workweek.

Occasional overtime may be required.



Requirements

  • Basic Qualification
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual.
