System Analyst Real Estate Projects

We are Looking for a skilled System Analyst with experience in real estate projects to support the analysis design and development of systems related to property management sales leasing and real estate operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient system solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to real estate operations (sales leasing property management).
  
• Design and improve Property Management Systems and related platforms.
  
• Act as a liaison between real estate business teams and software development teams.
  
• Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation (BRD / FRD).
  
• Analyze current processes and propose technical improvements to increase efficiency.
  
• Follow up on end-to-end delivery of real estate system projects.
  
• Conduct system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  
• Support API integrations between real estate systems and other platforms.
  
• Analyze data and prepare reports related to property performance and sales.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with development and support teams.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst.
  
• Strong understanding or experience in the real estate industry.
  
• Experience with CRM or Property Management Systems is a plus.
  
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
  
• Experience in system documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Real Estate ERP or Property Management Systems.
  
• Knowledge of APIs and system integration.
  
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  
• Understanding of real estate processes (sales leasing property lifecycle).
