Job Summary
Job Title: QC Inspector Aluminium / UPVC / Glass Doors & Windows Fitting
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced an experienced QC Inspector for quality control of aluminium UPVC and glass doors/windows systems construction client in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in manufacturing inspection unitized glass/façade systems after production and installation quality checks for double-glazed windows & doors with aluminium frames in high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QC inspections during manufacturing of aluminium frames UPVC systems glass doors and windows
- Inspect unitized glass / façade panels after manufacturing before dispatch
- Ensure quality standards for dimensions finish hardware sealing and assembly
- Inspect installation of double-glazed windows & doors with aluminium frames on site
- Monitor alignment fixing waterproofing silicone/sealant application and finishing
- Perform quality checks for high-rise building façade/window installations
- Prepare inspection reports snag lists NCRs and corrective action reports
- Coordinate with production project and site teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and safety standards
- Maintain QA/QC records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years QC experience in aluminium / UPVC / glass industry
- Experience in manufacturing installation quality control
- Strong knowledge of unitized façade systems and curtain wall components
- Experience with double-glazed systems and aluminium frame installations
- High-rise building project experience preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good reporting and communication skills

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in QC for Aluminium / UPVC / Glass works. Strong knowledge of doors windows façade fitting and finishing standards. Experience in site inspections and quality documentation. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to join immediately is mandatory.
