Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Villa Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all technical systems within a private villa. The role requires hands-on expertise in electrical plumbing HVAC and general maintenance with a strong focus on delivering high standards expected in a luxury household environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to lighting air conditioning water systems and appliances
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from household staff or residents
- Maintain and repair household equipment fixtures and fittings
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required
- Monitor and maintain swimming pool systems and water features (if applicable)
- Ensure proper functioning of security systems alarms and CCTV
- Keep maintenance records and report any major issues or required upgrades
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and maintenance areas
- Ensure all work is completed following safety standards and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technician preferably in private villas hotels or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and general maintenance systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and maintenance best practices
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Basic communication skills in English
- Trustworthy discreet and professional attitude
- Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
Required Skills:
Certification as a Barista Trainer from a recognized institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in barista training especially in 5-star hotels. Strong skills and expertise in coffee making and mixology. Proficient in Arabic and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
