Job Summary
Job Title: Mechanical Inspector Piping
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Project Type: Large-Scale Thermal Power Plant Project
Mobilization: June 2026
Employment Type: Full-time / Project-Based
The Mechanical Inspector will inspect piping installation activities monitor quality compliance and ensure that piping works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect piping fabrication installation routing supports and associated activities
- Verify compliance with isometrics drawings procedures and specifications
- Witness inspections pressure tests and related checks
- Report quality issues deviations and non-conformities
- Coordinate with site engineers welding teams and contractor representatives
- Support maintenance of inspection records and test reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements
Qualifications :
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong piping inspection experience in thermal power plant or industrial environments
- Good understanding of piping codes drawings and field installation practices
Preferred Profile
- GCC project experience
- Familiarity with high-pressure and utility piping systems
