About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer with 8 years of experience to design plan and oversee architectural aspects of building and modular projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC modular building fabrication or commercial/residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare architectural designs drawings and detailed layouts for projects.

• Collaborate with structural civil and MEP teams to ensure design coordination.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes standards and safety regulations.

• Review and approve architectural drawings and plans from consultants and subcontractors.

• Provide technical guidance on materials finishes and design specifications.

• Support project execution by resolving design-related issues during construction or fabrication.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

• 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution preferably in EPC or modular building projects.

• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or equivalent).

• Knowledge of local and international building codes regulations and standards.

• Strong communication problem-solving and project coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
