Job Summary
We are currently looking to hire a Lead Structural Engineer for our Dubai operations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong consultancy background in the UAE to lead high-impact building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead structural design and analysis for building projects
-Review drawings calculations and technical submissions
-Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations and international codes
-Coordinate with clients architects and multidisciplinary teams
-Manage project timelines deliverables and quality standards
-Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
-10 years of experience including UAE consultancy experience
-Strong knowledge of Dubai codes and authority approvals
-Proficiency in ETABS SAFE SAP2000 or similar tools
-Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
