E-Commerce Manager

Acme Corp 12, a leading Software Development company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.

- Manage the company's online marketplace presence and optimize product listings.

- Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create online promotions and campaigns.

- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.

- Oversee order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Requirements & Skills:

- 2-8 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry.

- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing.

- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
