Job Title: Warehouse Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient safe and cost-effective handling of goods. This role involves managing inventory supervising warehouse staff and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse management logistics and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Plan organize and control warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt storage and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits. Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols in compliance with company and legal standards. Lead train and supervise a team of warehouse staff including pickers packers forklift operators and clerks. Monitor and improve warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize workflow and minimize costs. Coordinate with procurement logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments and proper documentation of inbound and outbound goods. Manage warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for senior management. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in warehousing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field (preferred). 5 years of experience as warehouse manager/supervisor. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with warehouse safety and compliance regulations. Forklift license/certification (preferred). Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
