Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead large-scale BSS transformation programs for a telecom client. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of complex multi-year initiatives involving system modernization digital transformation and operational efficiency improvements across the telecom BSS landscape.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate combines deep telecom domain expertise with strong program leadership stakeholder management and delivery governance capabilities.
• Own and lead end-to-end BSS transformation programs (CRM Billing Charging Order Management Product Catalog).
• Deliver programs within scope budget timeline and quality targets.
• Establish and drive program governance PMO structures and reporting frameworks.
• Manage multi-vendor multi-geography delivery teams.
• Act as the primary executive interface with client stakeholders (CIO CTO Business Heads).
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client leadership.
• Drive strategic discussions roadmap planning and transformation vision.
• Support contract negotiations change requests and commercial governance.

Skills and Experience

• 15 years of experience in telecom/IT services with at least 5 years in program director roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale BSS transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of BSS Landscape.
• Experience with tier-1 telecom operators.
• Strong knowledge of Agile DevOps and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing large budgets and global teams.
• Ability to travel

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering IT or related field.
