In your new role you will:

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery ensuring ontime infull fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate closely with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Finance to resolve issues and secure smooth order and delivery flows.

• Ensure that customerspecific documentation and compliance requirements are met and that regional stock/warehouse activities are well aligned.

• Take responsibility as key user for Order Management processes and systems providing firstlevel support creating training materials and supporting testing and rollouts.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives in Order Management and SC&L Dubai.

What You Offer

• Should possess University degree or comparable education.

• 5 years experience in customer service order management supply chain or logistics ideally in the UAE and/or wider MEAF region.

• Strong understanding of OrdertoCash processes and logistical concepts; experience with regional stock or warehouse coordination is an advantage.

• Proficient user of ERP and other digital tools used in order management; experience as key user or trainer is a plus.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.

• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a service and qualityoriented mindset.

• Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within defined frameworks.
