Job Summary
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician
Role Overview:
The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing maintaining and repairing electromechanical equipment and automated systems in an industrial environment. The role combines expertise in mechanical systems with electrical and electronic components to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical panels (up to 400V) machinery and equipment.
Maintain and repair cranes overhead cranes jib cranes and lifting equipment.
Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance on motors fans blowers paint booths and oil burners.
Conduct inspections and maintenance of AC filling machines and pneumatic systems.
Perform PAT testing and repair faulty electrical tools.
Monitor equipment performance including vibration analysis of rotating equipment.
Maintain accurate records of equipment failures downtime and spare parts usage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and perform maintenance at heights using proper equipment.
Work with inverters motors and soft starters efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in industrial maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems motors and automated equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and work under minimal supervision.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: AED 1750
Allowance: AED 1750
Total Salary: AED 3500 per month
