Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area
• Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and efficiency
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work early mornings evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Barista certification a plus
