Malaysian-Speaking FX Conversion Team Lead
Location: Dubai UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Malaysian FX Conversion Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Dubai.

Requirements:

Native or fluent Malaysian speaker

Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Conversion as TL

Strong leadership and team development skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Currently based in Dubai or open to relocating on short notice

Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
