Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to drive test automation strategy build reliable and scalable automation suites. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with modern test frameworks passionate about automation and able to enforce best practices that improve product quality and release velocity.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright.
Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks in Java or JavaScript.
Implement and execute test strategies using TestNG/JUnit.
Manage build and test execution using Gradle.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to define and improve testing strategies.
Proactively identify troubleshoot and resolve automation/test execution issues.
Champion automation-first QA culture across the organization.

Tech Stack & Skills Required
Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
Strong proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
Experience with TestNG / JUnit frameworks.
Proficiency in Gradle build tool.
Solid understanding of testing strategies and QA methodologies.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive team-wide quality practices.
Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
Passion for test automation and scalable test systems.
AI/ML testing exposure is a plus.
