About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Lifestyle Manager to deliver premium concierge and lifestyle management services to high-net-worth individuals. The role involves managing client requests curating personalized experiences and ensuring exceptional service standards across travel hospitality events and day-to-day lifestyle needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth client preferences expectations and lifestyle personalized recommendations and tailored high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Lifestyle & Concierge ServicesManage a wide range of client requests including travel dining events and luxury reservations bookings and exclusive access to venues and end-to-end planning for events trips and special prompt and efficient service with attention to detail.
Vendor & Partner CoordinationDevelop and maintain relationships with luxury service providers hotels restaurants and preferred rates and exclusive offers for service providers meet quality and brand source new partners to enhance service offerings.
Operations & Service DeliveryEnsure seamless execution of all client requests and urgent and last-minute requests with accurate records of client preferences and service confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.
Problem Solving & Service RecoveryAddress client concerns or service issues promptly and solutions that exceed client smooth resolution of any service-related challenges.
Reporting & CoordinationMaintain detailed documentation of client interactions and services reports and updates for management when with internal teams to ensure service service quality and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.47 years of experience in concierge services luxury hospitality or lifestyle working with high-net-worth individuals or premium clientele is preferred.
