Job Overview:

Were looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Manager (Crypto Exchange) to join our team in Dubai. Youll take ownership of user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple channels driving measurable growth in one of the fastest-evolving industries. This is an opportunity to shape our marketing engine experiment boldly and scale results globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across all major channels and crypto-native ad networks.

Own and manage the affiliate program: recruit and onboard partners negotiate revenue-sharing agreements and monitor performance.

Lead influencer and ambassador campaigns including creator sourcing briefing tracking and payouts.

Collaborate with the CMO to design and execute full-funnel growth experiments focusing on landing pages onboarding flows and first-transaction activation.

Build and maintain analytics dashboards to track CPA conversion rates channel performance and attribution models.

Execute a steady cadence of A/B tests; discontinue underperforming approaches and scale high-performing ones.

Stay up to date on crypto marketing trends growth tools and regulatory updates influencing ad strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in growth performance marketing or user acquisition roles.

Proven experience managing paid channels such as Google Ads Meta Reddit Ads and using analytics tools like GA4 and attribution platforms.

Strong background in affiliate or partnership marketing including direct deal negotiation and partner management.

Advanced analytical skills with an understanding of CPA LTV funnel metrics and growth experimentation.

Proactive data-driven mindset with a strong bias for execution and measurable results.

Previous experience in crypto fintech or Web3 is essential.
