Job Title: Medical Representative Therapeutic Dermatology
Location: Abu Dhabi
Purpose of the role:
To promote Galdermas product portfolio with excellence to dermatologists and designated healthcare professionals within the assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed sales objectives and ensure continuous consistent and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to promote Galdermas brand and products in alignment with regional and local Sales & Marketing strategies while strengthening the companys reputation through each interaction.
Responsabilities
Deliver company strategy with key stakeholders and pharmacies through implementation of Sales & Marketing programs.
Plan and conduct visits to doctors in line with target frequency per segmentation tier.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists and designated healthcare professionals to drive brand loyalty and business growth.
Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strengthen their loyalty to Galderma.
Build and maintain the companys image as a leader in dermatology within the assigned territory.
Ensure product availability across target and key accounts.
Monitor stock levels to maintain optimal product availability and prevent shortages.
- Deliver product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals and staff supporting key marketing messages and campaigns.
- Organize meetings and AV activities for doctors and pharmacists in line with company plans.
Maintain up-to-date product and scientific knowledge and effectively communicate it during visits and presentations.
Optimize the allocation of company resources (time marketing expenses samples) in coordination with the Line Manager.
Review sales performance and develop action plans in collaboration with management.
Submit activity and performance reports including daily reports weekly plans and monthly/annual territory analyses.
Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence on pricing products launches and techniques.
Manage customer (doctor or pharmacist) complaints by investigating issues proposing solutions and escalating recommendations when needed.
Ensure full compliance with company policies Code of Ethics applicable laws regulations and SOPs.
Maintain strong medical knowledge related to the therapeutic area and products.
Apply an integrated dermatology strategy mindset in daily activities.
Collect and report pharmacovigilance information to headquarters.
Qualifications & Skills
Pharmacist with strong sales experience in a multinational pharmaceutical
At least 45 years of experience in pharmaceutical ideally in dermatology
Proven track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
Experience in territory and distributor management is an advantage.
Fluent in English
Strong analytical detail-oriented well-organized profile
Autonomous result-oriented with strong execution capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
