Acme Corp 12 is a leading retail company based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in high-quality consumer goods. We are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to drive sales and meet targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations for contract renewals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for growth.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement and promotional activities.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3-6 years of experience in retail account management or a related field.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
