Job Summary
We Are Hiring: CRM & Campaign Coordinator Automotive (UAE Contract)
Support CRM campaigns and customer engagement during a key coverage period.
Le Chene is partnering with an automotive organisation in the UAE to appoint a CRM & Campaign Coordinator on a short-term maternity cover contract supporting customer communications and campaign execution.
This is a short-term requirement focused on continuity across CRM and marketing operations.
Scope
- Supporting execution of CRM campaigns across email SMS and digital channels
- Managing campaign schedules tracking and reporting
- Working with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and timing
- Maintaining customer data and segmentation within CRM systems
- Supporting campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery
Profile
- 35 years experience in CRM marketing operations or campaign coordination
- Experience within automotive retail or customer-focused environments preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced execution-focused environments
