Job Summary

Job Title: HRIS Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract Duration: 36 months (extendable)

Job Summary:

Support the implementation maintenance and optimization of HR systems ensuring data accuracy integrity and security while delivering effective HR reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in HRIS implementation upgrades and system enhancements

Maintain and update HR master data ensuring high data integrity and accuracy

Ensure HR data security and compliance with data protection standards

Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports

Conduct system testing (UAT & integration) for smooth functionality

Coordinate with users and IT to resolve system-related issues

Support system configuration integrations and vendor coordination

Perform regular HR data audits and maintain documentation

Provide user support and contribute to HR analytics initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

58 years of HR experience including 4 years in HRIS

Hands-on experience in HR system implementation and upgrades

Strong understanding of data integrity data security and compliance

Good analytical communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented proactive and able to work under pressure
