HR Generalist HR Officer Human Resources Executive Jobs in Dubai
About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to establish and manage the full HR function in-house for a growing technology platform. This role requires ownership of all HR operations from building policies and frameworks to managing day-to-day employee lifecycle processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture ensuring compliance and supporting business growth through structured HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage the complete HR function including policies procedures and frameworks.
Develop and implement company handbook and employee handbook aligned with UAE Labour Law.
Oversee payroll processing employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and performance processes.
Handle leave management including annual leave sick leave and absence tracking.
Drive company culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance standards.
Support leadership with HR advisory workforce planning and organisational structure.
Maintain accurate HR systems and reporting for management decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years HR experience within the UAE.
Proven experience as a standalone or lead HR professional managing full HR operations.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
Experience developing HR policies employee handbooks and internal procedures.
Hands-on experience with payroll leave management and HR administration.
Ability to work independently and build HR structure from the ground up.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a practical execution-focused mindset.
Experience within a technology or startup environment is an advantage.
