HR Generalist HR Officer Human Resources Executive Jobs in Dubai

About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to establish and manage the full HR function in-house for a growing technology platform. This role requires ownership of all HR operations from building policies and frameworks to managing day-to-day employee lifecycle processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture ensuring compliance and supporting business growth through structured HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the complete HR function including policies procedures and frameworks.
• Develop and implement company handbook and employee handbook aligned with UAE Labour Law.
• Oversee payroll processing employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and performance processes.
• Handle leave management including annual leave sick leave and absence tracking.
• Drive company culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance standards.
• Support leadership with HR advisory workforce planning and organisational structure.
• Maintain accurate HR systems and reporting for management decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years HR experience within the UAE.
• Proven experience as a standalone or lead HR professional managing full HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience developing HR policies employee handbooks and internal procedures.
• Hands-on experience with payroll leave management and HR administration.
• Ability to work independently and build HR structure from the ground up.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a practical execution-focused mindset.

Experience within a technology or startup environment is an advantage.
